Thanks to everyone who participated in our Day of Service at Kendal House on March 29th. We had a turnout of 9 volunteers, including two AmeriCorps VISTAs who joined our efforts. This collaboration between Returned Peace Corps Volunteers and AmeriCorps members represents our shared commitment to service both globally and locally.
Service Project Highlights
Our volunteer team worked on two projects at Kendal House:
- Preparing and serving lunch to the shelter residents.
- Organizing the food pantry, sorting donations, and restocking shelves.
Social Gathering
Following our service work, we enjoyed some camaraderie at Fiden’s Brewing in the Warehouse District!
